The time of sweat, tears, exams, and
hc_bingo cards! They're especially pretty and green this year and my prompts are LOVELY, especially the second row. And the fourth column. And, mmm.
Also, I have intense Game of Throne feelings and the gist of them is "SHAE, PLEASE MARRY ME (TOO)." What are your Game of Thrones feelings and general life-type feelings?
Edited later, because realisation I ALSO have intense Avengers feelings, of course, and most of them are Bruce-Pepper-Tony shaped. Let's discuss this. Anyone else eyeing Avengers fandom with wary interest?

I haven't watched any of this season of GoT yet since I just got back from study abroad -- the next couple of weeks are going to be one MASSIVE catch-up-on-TV session. But Shae, omg! I can't wait to see her. And of course you know I have Avengers feelings, mostly of the STEEEEEEEEEVE and BRUUUUUUUUCE varieties (with some Tony and Pepper thrown in in both cases). I am working on writing fic that goes along with those feelings, but it's slow going so far. Aaaaah too many things to do.

GoT OH MY GOD. So, like, like, spoilers!! they did very very very new things to Shae, and to Dany, and to Jeyne Westerling, and, frankly, I am so much in love with their brains and the way they're fixing GRRM's gender issues. And some of his race issues. (And I was extra-delighted about the Shae characterisation in the ep GRRM wrote himself. It's like he's... fixing the things he now realises he ruined originally. It's awesome. Awesome.)
Also, you get Asha (whose name is Yara now) and you get Brienne and Ygritte and you get dangerous woobie Cerseo. So many women, dude, and all of them awesome, in all kinds of ways.
About Avengers - is there a fandom? Of course there's a fandom. I dunno. I have so many fic ideas too and I actually feel like I'm getting the wherewithall to write them. Some day. Is it very hard writing Tony? You did an excellent job with his voice, but I kinda imagine it's difficult getting the correct balance of banter, vulnerability and pop culture references.
... though, really, probably it's a lot like writing Buffy, except with more physics.
Do you have Steve-Pepper feelings? Because suddenly I really like the idea of seeing them talk. I'm slowly gaining Steve feelings too, as described here:

There is definitely an Avengers fandom, and it is HUGE. My Avengers fic was the most popular thing I've ever written (in terms of hit counts and feedback) within like two days of being posted, it kind of freaked me out. Writing Tony was lots of fun for me -- my strategy basically boiled down to "Just write down whatever ridiculous things pop into your head!" and I think it worked out pretty well. I do have Steve-Pepper feelings, definitely, and the Steve fic I am trying to write is supposed to be Steve/Tony/Pepper but may end up being more like Steve/Pepper + Tony. It's still just taking shape, though, so we'll see how it works out.
